Artisan Crafts / Costumery / Props & Accessories

I just finished to do the metalic painting all over the sword, but the painting is not finished yet. There are parts that I need to paint black, and the handle should be red ...

Now I'm not sure what I'll do : maybe I'll wrap the handle with a bandage, and I'll paint that bandage red ...

Awesome looking sword.

There's not really anything I can say bad about it! Haha, but on the I guess you could say the "serrated sword" those little niches should be rounded rather than squared. [link] . But I can see where you got that from. It's just a little nit pick and no offense is intended, but overall it's looking really good.

I have to ask, what did you make out of and about how much does it weigh?

Yep it's true those things should be round ... I'll remember that if I got to build another one ^^ There's also the handle that should be thinner : I made it thicker so it wouldn't break ...
For the weight it's about 8kg, and it's made of MDF (medium density fiberboard).

red bandage on the handle sounds like a good idea, if i remember correctly it looks something like that in the game? haven't played it in 10years or something.

How big is this sword? real life size? it looks awesome anyway! so much detail
